William Kieger:

William Kieger, the Chairman and CEO of General Finance and Development, Inc. has over 25 years of experience in business development and management. He has extensive experience in private and public company development projects in addition to start-up and spin-off ventures.

He founded the angel investment firm Aurora Capital Group in 1996 following a 15-year career with American Express Financial Advisors, where he built a wealth advisory division overseeing a staff of over 150 who managed more than $4 billion in assets.

He is a co-author of Assembling the Pieces for a Successful Business Venture  and was a keynote speaker for the Venture Capital Best Practices Conference. The topic of his speech was Developing Products with Commercial Value.

Kieger holds a degree in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota and has completed executive development courses in Venture Management at the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois. He has participated as a member of the Minnesota Venture Capital Association and has been a board member of public and private companies.

Lief Larson  – Founder and CEO of Engage Co 

Lief’s role with Engage Co has resulted in the company being featured in CNN, NetworkWorld, The New York Times, and other major media, as well as recognition including the 2010 Social Business Innovation award, the 2010 OnDemand 100 award, and a presenting company at DEMO in 2011. Lief’s skills and experience include being a software and human factor engineer with over fifteen years’ experience in human-machine dynamics. He has been working in web-based marketing and social media sciences since 2001. He was previously named #8 on Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top 10 American Entrepreneurs Under 30 list. Tim Murray – Professor at Metro State University & Managing Director at Certus

Tim is an adjunct professor at Metro State University where he teaches Entrepreneurship. Tim is also Principal and Managing Director of Certus, a “by referral only” strategic advisory consulting firm, providing senior level advisory services for small business owners and senior executives. His past experience includes more than 25 years of diverse leadership experience in small privately-held business and Fortune 100 companies. Alexander Kieger, MD – Medical Advisor – Interventional Radiologist

Alex is an Interventional Radiology Fellow at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He completed his residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and his internship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital – Surgical Center where he completed medical school. He is an entrepreneur who recently designed a Software tool for increasing retrieval of inferior vena cava filters and completed a technology transfer to Johns Hopkins University  in 2017. He completed his undergrad at Drake University majoring in Bio Chemistry – Molecular Biology with a 4.0 GPA and finished 1st in his class. Laura Kieger:

Laura Kieger is a Board Member. Her experience includes being the Founder and Managing Partner of HRFreeAgent, an HR consulting firm specializing in strategic business coaching for senior executives and emerging growth companies. Prior to focusing on HRFreeAgent full time she was a Senior HR Business Partner at Hennepin County Medical Center where she was employed from 2006 to 2015 and the Director of Human Resources at Regulatory & Clinical Research Institute, Inc. (RCRI) where she served from December 2003 to March of 2006.  Her background also includes being an adjunct faculty member of the College of St. Scholastica where she taught courses in organizational development since from 2003 to 2006. From January 2001 to January 2004, she worked for a private consulting group (The MEL Group) providing business services on a contractual basis. Other positions include being the Director of Human Resources for Hudson Hospital from July 1998 to March 2001 and Marsh and McLennan, Inc. from June 1982 to January 1989. She serves as a member of the Anoka County Personnel Board of Appeals since her appointment in November 2003 and holds a Masters degree in Human Development from St. Mary’s University, St. Paul Minnesota and a BA in Human Resources from the University of Minnesota.

Mark P. Borman, Director

Mr. Borman has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since December 2017. He is a seasoned financial officer with more than 30 years of broad-based financial and investor relations experience. Mr. Borman brings small-company entrepreneurial passion and larger-company disciplines. In addition to the valuable experience he gained working with entrepreneurs and their startups from 2009 to present, Mr. Borman has experience with global, NASDAQ- and NYSE-listed companies in various executive and financial roles. He is currently a board member with public and private technology companies and serves on advisory and non-profit boards. During his career, Mr. Borman has held positions with ADC Telecommunications, General Instrument Corporation, First Chicago Corporation, FMC Corporation, Price Waterhouse, and KPMG. Mr. Borman received his B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University and his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth  School of Business. He is an Audit Committee Financial Expert under SEC rules, a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Borman is a Board Leadership Fellow and member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Robert Crumpton Jr., Director

Mr. Crumpton has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since December 2017.

He is currently the President of the Minnesota Irish Fast Pitch Softball Club. Founded in 1998, today the Minnesota Irish is the oldest and most decorated Fastpitch Softball Club in the history of Minnesota and upper Midwest, and one of the most accomplished Fastpitch Softball Clubs in the nation.

His prior experience includes being the Director of Enterprise Sales and Business Development for Art Force where he served from 2010 – 2015.
